As well as being available to meet parents/ carers on an informal basis the Enhanced Provision teachers arrange meetings throughout the year when all parents/ carers can come together to support each other.

Any general topics of interest  or concerns which parents/ carers have can be discussed.  In the past these have included:

• Explaining Individualised Education Plans
• Benefit entitlements
• Support groups available nationally and locally
• Talks from a group that parents may have an interest in finding out about
• General school policies and procedures
• Transition arrangements

Once a year, usually around Easter time, parents are invited by their children to participate in fun arts and crafts activities relating to a joint Room 4/ Room 11 topic.  This always proves popular with parents/ carers, children and staff.
